I wrote this song when my boyfriend at the time and I were living rough and sleeping in his ford car. I was a very uncomfortable two weeks and we had just had a blazing row because he wanted to go busking to make some money and i wanted to go to the local swimming pool so i could have a shower. I left him to sleep for a bit in the car and wrote this song in my head once I had calmed down.
